Information for Tenants
At Panorama Property Management, we will be happy to guide any prospective tenant through all the stages of the renting process as well as looking after the needs of our existing tenants.
Please contact us if you wish to view any properties. All our viewings are accompanied and hopefully we will be able to assist in any queries you might have.
If you decide to rent a property through ourselves, you will need to be credit checked and references will have to be taken up. Provided they are satisfactory, you can then enter into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with the landlord of the property. A deposit which is equivalent of one month's rental plus £100.00 plus one month's rent will be required.
An Inventory & Schedule of Condition is also supplied by Panorama Property Management for you to check through the condition & contents of the property once you have moved in.
